We have an exciting new opportunity for a Civil Project Manager to join our Fargo, ND Office. This position offers the opportunity for you to join a well established firm with a long history of superior service.
This Civil Project Manager, working with a team of Engineers, Planners, and Technicians is responsible for the management, planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
Duties include technical analysis and documentation, managing preliminary and final design and construction phase services for municipal projects, public outreach, management of budget and schedule, management of other staff members and subconsultants, and marketing and client communication.
Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects. In addition, must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies.
The selected candidates will have a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university and be a ND licensed Professional Engineer. Being a licensed Professional Engineer in MN or ability to obtain within six (6) months will be a plus. Candidates must have a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including municipal infrastructure. The selected candidate must have proven experience in proactive and reactive marketing and project management experience working directly with municipal clients.
